Report: Memphis forward Shaq Goodwin will be disciplined for tripping Sindarius Thornwell
Memphis senior forward Shaq Goodwin will be disciplined for tripping South Carolina’s Sindarius Thornwell after he fell into the Tigers bench during Saturday’s game, Memphis deputy athletic director Mark Alnutt told the Memphis Commercial appeal. The incident happened in the midst of a foul-heavy contest the Gamecocks won 86-76.
Thornwell mentioned getting tripped up after the game, and it was apparent on the television broadcast.
