Gamecocks back in the Top 25

South Carolina re-entered the Associated Press Top 25 on Monday after going 2-0 last week. The Gamecocks are No. 25.

USC (19-2, 6-2 SEC) beat Mississippi State and Alabama last week. The Gamecocks are back in the poll after being absent for one week.

The Gamecocks were No. 23, down from No. 22, in the USA Today/coaches poll.

USC is at Georgia and No. 8 Texas A&M this week.
