Gamecocks to face Georgia Tech in NIT Round 2
South Carolina will host Georgia Tech at 9 p.m. Monday in the second round of the NIT.
The Yellow Jackets (20-14) defeated Houston 81-62 on Wednesday night. USC (25-8) topped High Point 88-66 on Tuesday night to advance in the tournament.
Monday’s game will be broadcast on ESPN. The two programs have not met on the court since the 1982-83 season.
