Big games for QB Cutter Woods, WR Jayden Sellers. How USC football commits are doing
Shane Beamer and the South Carolina football program have 20 commitments for the 2025 recruiting class.
Here is a look at how some of them are doing this season.
Anthony Addison, DE, Sumter: Addison had nine tackles, three for loss and a sack in a win over Crestwood. In four games this season, Addison has 35 tackles (6.5 for loss) and a sack.
Taeshawn Alston, DE, Vance County (NC): In three games this season, Alston has 11.5 tackles and 2.5 sacks.
Lex Cyrus, WR, Susquehanna Township (Pa.): Had eight catches for 78 yards in a loss to West Perry on Friday. In four games this season, Cyrus has 21 receptions for 348 yards and three touchdowns.
Donvan Darden, DE/LB, Havelock (NC): Had three tackles, seven QB hurries, two pass breakups in a win over West Craven. In three games, Darden has 14 tackles, four for loss and 10 QB hurries.
Jaquavious Dodd, DL, Eastside: Had six tackles, two for loss and a sack in a win over Blue Ridge. In three games this season, Dodd has 20 tackles (nine for loss), five sacks, two caused fumbles and four quarterback hurries.
Preston Douglas, TE, The Benjamin School (Fla.): In three games this season, Douglas has five catches for 68 yards.
Chris Hatfield, DB, Long County (Ga.): Through three games this season, Hatfield has 16 tackles and an interception.
AJ Holloway, LB, Buford (Ga.): Had six tackles, two for loss and a sack in a win over Douglas County. In four games, Holloway had 26.5 (five for loss), a sack and five quarterback hurries.
Jaquel Holman, ATH, Blackville-Hilda: Holman rushed for 102 yards and a touchdown, and had a 28-yard reception in a win over Silver Bluff. In four games this season, he has rushed for 516 yards and five touchdowns.
Damarcus Leach, DB/QB, Abbeville: Had a 54-yard touchdown run in a win over Ninety-Six.
Brian Rowe, WR, Jay M Robinson (NC): Had five catches for 90 yards and two touchdowns in a win over Central Cabarrus. In four games this season, Rowe has 12 catches for 230 yards and three touchdowns.
Kobby Sakyi-Prah, DE, Roswell (Ga.): Had seven tackles, three for loss and two sacks in a win over Westlake. In four games this season, Sakyi-Prah has 23 tackles, nine for loss, five sacks and a caused fumble.
Jayden Sellers, WR, South Florence: Caught five passes for 108 yards, a TD and had a 35-yard TD run in a win over Fort Dorchester. In four games this season, Sellers has 26 catches for 378 yards and five total touchdowns. He’s the brother of South Carolina QB LaNorris Sellers.
Cutter Woods, QB, Westside: Was 11-of-16 passing for 223 yards and four touchdowns all in the first half in a win over Class 3A top-ranked Belton Honea Path. Woods has thrown for 711 yards and nine touchdowns in three games this season for Westside, the top-ranked team in Class 4A.
