South Carolina staff brings a full crew for Sandidge visit

South Carolina coaches Bobby Bentley, Lance Thompson and Travaris Robinson were to see defensive lineman Rick Sandidge of Concord, N.C. Tuesday night.

He’s one of the top Gamecocks targets still on the board for four remaining spots. South Carolina is looking for a little more help inside, where they lose two of their top three.

Georgia had six defensive coaches in the night before. Sandidge has visited Georgia and North Carolina and will visit USC this weekend.

Notes:

▪  USC offered 2019 DE Justin Eboigbe of Forest Park, Ga.

▪  UConn and Arkansas have checked in on uncommitted wide receiver/defensive back Steven Gilmore of South Pointe.

▪  Kaosi Ezeagu, a 6-foot-10 big man from GTA Prep in Ontario, Canada is working on an official visit to USC. He is looking at the next couple of weeks to a month on getting down to Columbia.

▪  T.L. Hanna 2019 defensive end Zacch Pickens was offered by Alabama.
