The top two high school football all-star games in the country will be played this week and there will be several South Carolina signees and targets in the games. First up will be the Under Armour All-American Game in Orlando on Jan. 3 at 6 p.m. on ESPN2. And on Jan. 5 in San Antonio it’s the All-American Bowl on NBC with a 1 p.m. kickoff.

The lone Gamecocks signee in the Under Armour game will be defensive end Zacch Pickens. USC targets are corner Shilo Sanders, whose dad Deion Sanders is one of the coaches, and defensive lineman Jaquaze Sorrells.

South Carolina signees in the All-American Bowl will be corner Cam Smith and quarterback Ryan Hilinski. USC cornerback target Chris Steele also will be in the game.

A source who has been in contact with Steele said last week it still looks like USC and Florida as the top two in his mind. Oregon also has made a strong push lately. Steele did not sign earlier this month and will announce his decision during Saturday’s game.

Buford, Ga. 2020 offensive lineman Seth McLaughlin, who has Clemson and USC offers, plans to release his top five soon.

South Carolina and Clemson 2020 wide receiver target ZeVian Capers of Alpharetta, Ga. will release his top schools on Jan. 1.
