LB target Kash Daniel sounds like mind is made up

Linebacker Kash Daniel of Paintsville, Ky., was on a radio show in Lexington, Ky., on Wednesday, and his comments indicated he knows which school he will attend.

Daniel plans to announce his choice July 4, and he is down to South Carolina, Kentucky and Louisville. He attended the Gamecock Showcase camp Saturday.

Brian Milam of Lexington TV station WKYT reported that Daniel was interviewed Wednesday night in the studios of WLAP Radio in Lexington.

“When I got back from (South) Carolina, I got a really good feel where I wanted to go to school. I ended up swinging by Commonwealth and talking to Coach Stoops and that was not planned or anything because I was coming here (radio station),” Milam quoted Daniel as saying.

“If I could go take another visit to South Carolina, trust me, I would. Like I said, I’ve got a good idea of where I want to go to school and I canceled the rest of these visits because I’ve seen all I need to see and it’s helped me make this decision I’m going to make.”

Daniel had planned to visit Florida this coming weekend but he has canceled that visit.
