Instate defensive back Nick McCloud plans USC official

Georgia Tech is the latest school to contact defensive back Nick McCloud of South Pointe.

"They want me to come down for an official visit." McCloud said.

He added he talked with the Yellow Jackets two days ago. He has taken an official visit to NC State and is planning to visit South Carolina on Jan. 15. The Gamecocks have not yet offered.

He's also hearing from N.C. State, Vanderbilt and Appalachian State and those are his current top three. McCloud said he like to decide within the next two weeks if possible.
