Another Clowney set to visit South Carolina
Former USC star Jadeveon Clowney has a cousin who lives in Fredrick, Md., by the name of Demon Clowney.
The younger Clowney will attend St. John’s College Prep in Washington, D.C., according to Charles Allison of TheHoopZone.net. Both Clowney and Allison’s son, shooting guard Austin, are in the 2020 class.
Demon plays football and basketball but his college future appears to be on the gridiron. Clowney is 6-foot-6, 180 pounds and plays defensive end and receiver.
He will make an unofficial football recruiting visit this weekend to USC along with a friend, Class of 2021 offensive lineman Collin Henrich (6-3, 285), whose father, Chuck, played for the Gamecocks in the early 1990s.
