Report: USC’s Nikki McCray-Penson set to land head coaching job
South Carolina assistant coach Nikki McCray-Penson is expected to be named the next coach at Old Dominion, according to a report Tuesday.
The news on McCray-Penson, 45, could become official as early as Tuesday afternoon, the Virginian-Pilot reported, citing a source.
The two-time SEC Player of the Year and two-time Olympic gold medalist joined Dawn Staley’s South Carolina staff in May 2008.
