Gamecocks remain second in AP Top 25 behind UConn
The South Carolina women remained No. 2 in the Associated Press Top 25 behind Connecticut on Monday. USC (15-0, 3-0 SEC) beat Vanderbilt and then-No. 20 Missouri last week. The Tigers dropped to No. 24.
The Gamecocks are at No. 9 Kentucky on Thursday and host No. 15 Texas A&M on Sunday. Future SEC opponents Mississippi State (7), Tennessee (13) and Florida (20) were also in the poll.
