Five golfers hit a hole-in-one at 2024 Masters Par 3 contest: Here’s the list

Luke List will make his third Masters appearance on Thursday. On Wednesday, List became the first in the field to make a hole-in-one during the tournament’s Par 3 contest.

List sank his shot on the 140-yard No. 6 hole. List, 39, lives in Augusta and went to Vanderbilt.

It was the 108th hole-in-one in the history of the Par 3 event that’s held annually on Wednesdays of Masters week. Four more followed:

Gary Woodland followed about 30 minutes later with a hole-in-one on his own, also on No. 6. And he just missed another hole-in-one on No. 7. Woodland, 39, is playing in his 12th Masters and first since he had surgery in September to remove a benign brain tumor.

Sepp Straka, 30, had a hole-in-one on the 155-yard No. 5. Straka, 30, attended Georgia and is playing in his third Masters.

Lucas Glover hit a hole-in-one on the Par 3 course’s No. 7. Glover, 44, played collegiately at Clemson and is playing in his 10th Masters.

Viktor Hovland made a hole-in-one on No. 6, the fifth and final ace of the day. Hovland, 26, is playing in his fifth Masters.

Who won the Par 3 contest?

Rickie Fowler won Wednesday’s event with a 5-under par score.
