A.C. Flora championship tennis match postponed

A.C. Flora boys tennis’ bid for a state title will have to wait a few days.

The Falcons’ Class 4A championship match against South Aiken was postponed because of rain Saturday at the Cayce Tennis Center.

A.C. Flora will play South Aiken at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Cayce Tennis Center. The match couldn’t be held Monday or Tuesday because of the state singles championships held those days.

A.C. Flora is making its fourth consecutive championship appearance and seventh overall. The Falcons’ last title was in 2015.
