How Gamecocks football recruits did in senior seasons, who is still left playing

A look at how some of South Carolina’s Class of 2020 recruits are doing this season:

Rashad Amos, RB, Sandy Creek (Ga.) - Had 1,213 rushing on 161 carries and 26 touchdowns trough 13 games. He also has 27 catches for 417 yards and six TDs. Sandy Creek lost to Oconee in Georgia 4A state semifinals on Friday.

Luke Doty, QB, Myrtle Beach - Completed 132-of-207 passes for 1,874 yards and 25 touchdowns. Also has ran for 508 yards and four touchdowns. Doty injured his hand in the first round of the playoffs and his status for Saturday’s state championship game against Wren is uncertain.

O’Donnell Fortune, CB, Sumter - Had 46 tackles and three interceptions this year for Sumter. Fortune’s season is complete and will play in Shrine Bowl on Dec. 20.

Tonka Hemingway, DL, Conway - Had 92 tackles, 24 for loss and four sacks this season. Conway’s season is over but Hemingway will play in Shrine Bowl on Dec. 20.

Dominick Hill, CB, Jones High School (Fla.) - Has 30 tackles and a team-high six interceptions this season. Jones will play Northwestern in Florida 5A championship on Dec. 14.

Joey Hunter, DB, Sandy Creek (Ga.) - Season cut short because of shoulder injury.

Alex Huntley, OL, Hammond - Helped team win third straight SCISA Class 3A championship. Had eight tackles in championship against Laurence Manning and finished with more than 60 on the season, with more than 20 tackles for loss. Will play in All-American Bowl on Jan. 4 in San Antonio.

Trai Jones, OL, Abbeville - Graded out at 93 percent with 38 pancake blocks. Season complete. Jones will play in the Shrine Bowl on Dec. 20.

Kai Kroeger P/K Lake Forest (Ill.). - Averaged 40.7 yards on 37 punts with a long of 62. He was 4-of-9 on extra points and 3-of-3 on extra points as he shared plackicking duties.

Marshawn Lloyd, Dematha (Md.) - Rushed for 1,197 yards, including a career-high 326 yard game. He also had six receptions for 138 yards, three touchdowns and had a kickoff return for a score.

Rico Powers WR Hapeville Charter (Ga.) -.Has 28 catches for 596 yards and six touchdowns this season. Season complete.

Makius Scott Gainesville High (Ga.) - Has 46 tackles, eight for loss, four sacks, interception and two blocked kicks. Season complete.

Eric Shaw, TE/LB Reeltown (Ala.) - Shaw is team leader in tackles with 128 and has four sacks, three interceptions through 14 games. On offense. He has 26 receptions for 445 yards and four touchdowns. Reeltown fell to Fyffe for Alabama 2A state title game Friday.

Da’quon Stewart, WR, North Mecklenburg (NC) -.Battled injuries through most of season and finished with 20 receptions for 250 yards and two touchdowns. He also had a kickoff return for a touchdown. His season is complete but will play in Shrine Bowl on Dec. 20.

Tyshawn Wannmaker, OL, Calhoun County - Had 28 tackles on defense and starter on offensive line. Season complete. Will play in Shrine Bowl on Dec. 20.

Mike Wyman WR, Greensboro Dudley (NC) - Caught 26 passes for 465 yards and a TD. Greensboro Dudley lost to Mount Tabor in the second round of the playoffs.
