Blythewood senior voted The State’s high school Boys Basketball Player of Week
The votes are in, and Blythewood’s TJ Lewis won the vote for The State’s Midlands High School Boys Basketball Player of the Week.

The nominees are listed below. Please note that these polls are not scientific and are meant to be just for fun. Congrats to all the nominees.

Boys Basketball Nominees
Levi Ball, F, Gray Collegiate: Junior averaged 12.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.2 blocks in War Eagles’ two games last week.
Yasir Cromer, G, River Bluff: Senior averaged 25 points, 5.5 rebounds, five assists and 2.5 steals in two Gator games last week.
Yale Davis, G, Ridge View: Junior averaged 11 points, five assists, five steals, four rebounds in Blazers’ wins over Westwood and Spring Valley.
Jaiden Haltiwanger, G/F, Hammond: Senior averaged 16.5 points in two Skyhawk wins over Curtis Baptist and American Leadership Academy.
TJ Lewis, G, Blythewood: Senior averaged 33.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.7 steals in Bengals’ three victories last week.
Henry Morris, F, Heathwood Hall: Junior had 10 points, eight rebounds and three assists in Highlanders’ lone game, a 57-52 win over Hilton Head Christian.
Bryson Schofield, F, White Knoll: Freshman averaged 14 points, nine rebounds and two blocks across Timberwolves’ three games last week.
Bryson Taylor, G, Dutch Fork: The senior averaged 21 points, 3.5 assists in games against Keenan and Chapin last week.
