What’s wrong with Zion Williamson and when will he return?

The early college basketball signing period came and went with Zion Williamson, the nation’s No. 2 ranked recruit, still undecided.

And now more uncertainty has hit the Spartanburg Day star’s senior season.

Williamson missed his fourth straight game with a bruised left foot on Tuesday night and Spartanburg Day lost by 30 points to Gaston Day in Gastonia, N.C., according to goupstate.com.

Williamson did not attend the game.

“It’s day-to-day with him,” Spartanburg Day coach Lee Sartor told the website. “He’s resting and, hopefully, he’ll come back soon.”

Williamson suffered the injury against Hammond in a game in November.

Williamson has taken official visits to Duke, Kansas, Kentucky and North Carolina. He’s made unofficial visits to South Carolina and Clemson.

Spartanburg Day plays in the Beach Ball Classic in Myrtle Beach later this month.

M.J. Armstrong’s career-high 31 points led Gaston Day.
