It’s time to vote for The State’s Midlands high school basketball Players of the Week for games played Jan. 24-29. Voting ends at noon Thursday, and you can vote as many times you like. The winner will be announced on Lou Bezjak’s Twitter page on Thursday.

The nominees are listed below. Please note that these polls are not scientific and are meant to be just for fun.:

BOYS BASKETBALL NOMINEES

Brandon Crawford, Irmo: Crawford averaged 19 points in two Irmo victories during the week. He scored 16 points in a 61-54 win over Dutch Fork and followed that with 22 points in a 55-43 victory over Richland Northeast.

Bryson Felder, Westwood: Felder scored 25 points and knocked down five 3-pointers in leading the Redhawks to a 58-55 over No. 1 A.C. Flora on Friday.

Evan Graves, Newberry Academy: Graves had back-to-back 18-point performances last week. He scored 18 in a 60-38 win over Wardlaw and added 18 points in a 76-55 victory over Cambridge Academy.

Preston Hearn, River Bluff: Hearn averaged 19 points in three games last week, including a 29-point performance against White Knoll and 20-point game against Lexington in a 45-40 win.

Olyn Knox, Keenan: Knox scored 24 points on Tuesday night in a 61-45 win over Lower Richland and had 10 points in a 59-46 victory over the Diamond Hornets on Friday night.

Cam Scott, Lexington: Scott averaged 21.1 points in three games last week. including a 30-point night in a 67-50 over Chapin. He had 19 in Friday’s 38-29 win over River Bluff.

Levi Taylor, Swansea: Taylor scored 25 points in a 60-53 victory over Gilbert on Tuesday night.

Jude Wilkins, Fairfield Central: Averaged 17.3 points, three steals, three assists as the Griffins went 2-1 last week.

GIRLS BASKETBALL NOMINEES

Antoinet Cheeseboro, Dutch Fork: The sophomore guard scored 16 points in a 75-17 victory over Irmo and followed that up with a 15-point outing in an 81-10 win over White Knoll.

Adrian Frye, Gray Collegiate: Gray swept Saluda during the week with Frye averaging 13 points in the two wins. She scored 16 in a 51-19 victory then added 10 in a 47-15 win.

Imari Humphrey, Spring Valley: She averaged 11.3 points and 5.6 rebounds as the Vikings went 2-1 last week. She had 18 points in a 54-31 win over Fort Mill.

Anala Nelson, Lower Richland: Nelson averaged 20.3 points in three games last week, including a 34-point outing in a 70-63 loss to Keenan.

Taylor Spencer, Gilbert: Taylor hit the game-winning free throw with less than a second remaining in a 35-34 victory over Swansea on Tuesday night and had 11 points in a 62-21 loss to Orangeburg-Wilkinson on Friday.

Destinee Tiller, Eau Claire: Tiller scored 14 points in a 48-14 win over Batesburg-Leesville.

Imani Williams, Dreher: The senior averaged 23.5 points a game during the week. She scored 16 points in a 53-31 victory over Irmo. She scored 31 points in a 75-30 win over Lugoff-Elgin.
