It’s time to vote for The State’s girls basketball Player of the Week from Midlands-area high schools and games played Feb. 6-11.

Voting ends Friday at noon. The winner will be announced on Lou Bezjak’s Twitter page.

The nominees are listed below. Please note that these polls are not scientific and are meant to be just for fun.

Brea Boyd, Fr., Mid-Carolina: Freshman averaged 15 points as Rebels went 3-0 and clinched the Region 2-2A championship.

Trinity Delaney, Sr., AC Flora: Senior averaged 17.5 points, 10 rebounds in Falcons’ two victories.

Tyra Floyd, Sr., Lower Richland: Senior averaged 20.5 points, 4 steals, 2.5 assists and was 7-of-10 from 3-point range in Diamond Hornets’ two wins last week.

Lauren Jacobs, So., Heathwood Hall: Sophomore averaged 24.5 points, 11 rebounds and 2.5 steals in Heathwood’s two wins last week.

JaiDah Liebert, Sr., Spring Valley: Senior scored 23 points, was 4-of-4 from 3-point range and had four steals in Vikings’ lone game last week, a win against Nation Ford.

Hillary Offing, Sr., Dutch Fork: Senior averaged 22.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.5 assists in Silver Foxes’ two games last week.

Jessica Woods, Sr., Westwood: Senior averaged 16.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists as Redhawks finished region play at 10-0.
