Dutch Fork’s Hoff named to MaxPreps Freshman All-America team

Dutch Fork running back Ron Hoff was honored as one of the top freshman in the country Friday.

Hoff was named to the first team of the MaxPreps Freshman All-American team. The 5-foot-10, 175-pounder moved from linebacker to running back early in the season and rushed for 1,762 yards and 29 total touchdowns in helping Dutch Fork to its first unbeaten season in school history and the Class 5A championship.
