RNE linebacker T.J. Brunson recaps Notre Dame visit

Richland Northeast linebacker T.J. Brunson made an unofficial visit to Notre Dame for the Irish’s season opening win over Texas.

“It was impressive,” Brunson said. “The atmosphere was very different compared to other games I’ve been to. Everyone was into the game.”

Brunson does not have a Notre Dame offer but feels one could come later in the season.

“They are going to evaluate my first three games after they play Virginia,” he said. “It could come then or later in the season.”

Brunson said he might go to South Carolina’s game Saturday against Kentucky. He remains committed to Louisville at this point.
