4-3A games postponed

Games involving Region 4-3A football teams won’t be played this week and will be made up at a later date in the season.

The games postponed were A.C. Flora at Chapin, Lower Richland at Camden and Richland Northeast at Dreher.

Football coaches from the region met Thursday afternoon and felt that would be the best decision to make because some schools like Lower Richland, Dreher and A.C. Flora are out of school for rest of week and aren’t allowed to practice going into the weekend.

In addition to the cancellations, the Blythewood at Spring Valley game scheduled for Tursday has been moved to Westwood at 7 p.m. The move was made because of damage to an access road near Spring Valley High School.
