Where does Leonardo DiCaprio spend Thanksgiving? In the Lowcountry, of course
Academy Award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted Wednesday at the Butcher & Bee restaurant in Charleston, according to the Post and Courier.
Sources initially told the news outlet DiCaprio had been staying at a plantation in Beaufort, although updated versions of the post merely say “Lowcountry”.
The actor was with a group of six at the restaurant and went largely unnoticed. According to a restaurant employee, the party called ahead for their seats.
DiCaprio won the Oscar for Best Actor earlier this year for his role in ‘The Revenant,’ following previous nominations for his work in ‘The Aviator’ (2004), ‘Blood Diamond’ (2006) and ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ (2013).
