Stretching, squatting and balancing on thin boards on water that’s over your head.
Makes perfect sense.
Students struck various yoga poses during a special paddleboard yoga class Saturday at Lake Murray.
The class, held once a month through September, was led by instructor Stacey Millner-Collins of City Yoga and Steve Fischer of California Republic Standup.
