9 Round USC to open at 650 Lincoln this week

Student housing and mixed-use development 650 Lincoln will welcome its newest tenant on Friday when 9 Round USC opens there.

The 650 Lincoln location will be the seventh Columbia-area 9 Round. The specialized gym features a fitness center and health club with circuit training with an emphasis on kickboxing fitness training. Since it operates a circuit training mode, there are no set class times and workouts are designed to last 30 minutes.

In connection with their grand opening, 9 Round is offering discounted memberships and a one-week free trial.
