Body found in vehicle at Trenholm Plaza

A body was discovered in a vehicle at Trenholm Plaza on Monday night.

Around 7 p.m., the body of an elderly male was discovered, according to Richland County Coroner Gary Watts, adding it’s believed the man died of natural causes.

The Forest Acres Police Department was on the scene.

An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.
