A Columbia-based Prosper Strong Foundation sponsored a Love Thy Neighbor Rally at the South Carolina State House on Friday, calling for nonviolence and encouraging a sense of community through prayer, second chances and unity. The rally comes amid national concern about shootings by police and of police nationwide.
