Woman arrested for exposing herself to police, trespassing at Huddle House
CAMDEN, SC Police arrested a woman they say trespassed at a Huddle House restaurant and exposed herself to officers.
A police officer responded to a call at Huddle House, 1026 Dekalb St., at 12:23 a.m. Thursday after Toni Lashell Bracey reported an argument at the premises, according to the incident report.
The officer spoke to the cook at the Huddle House, who said Bracey, 39, was being loud and obnoxious inside the restaurant.
Bracey then approached the officer, who told him she engaged in an argument with some customers who left.
When the officer told her there was nothing he could do about the argument, the report stated “she became irate and began to curse.”
The officer found out Bracey was trespassed from Huddle House, with notices from 2012 still active.
When the officer told Bracey she was under arrest, she began to walk away “still using foul language” and crossed a small creek.
After the officer asked her to walk toward him, the report said she began yelling and took off her clothes from the waist down and then her shirt, exposing herself to the officers.
Officers then put her in handcuffs, but she sat on the ground and refused to get up. At that point, one of the officers had to drive a car closer before they transported her to Kershaw County Detention Center.
Officers charged her with trespass after notice, disorderly conduct and resisting a municipal officer.
Her bond was set at $2,654.
