Crowd gathers at remains of Springmaid Pier to see Hurricane Matthew damage

The longest pier on the Grand Strand was washed away Saturday by Hurricane Matthew. The Doubletree by Hilton owns the 1,600-foot pier and will decide whether to rebuild it.
