SC in 2016: Lindsey Graham heading back to Iowa
Sen. Lindsey Graham, who could become the first South Carolinian in three decades to a mount a presidential run, will head back to Iowa this weekend.
The Seneca Republican will hold meet-and-greets at a Des Moines Italian restaurant on Friday and a Coralville sports bar on Saturday, his political organization, Security Through Strength, announced Thursday.
Graham has said he is testing the waters for 2016 bid in visits to early primary states, including New Hampshire.
A new poll from Suffolk University out Thursday has Graham far behind GOP frontrunners Jeb Bush and Scott Walker in New Hampshire.
