Clemson releases post-spring practice depth chart
Clemson is coming off a dynamic and high-powered offensive season. A look at the Tigers’ depth chart after spring ball, and you’ll see a lot of the skill talent that was a part of it is still around.
Clemson’s post-spring depth chart included five of six skill position starters from last year’s national title game against Alabama. The group includes quarterback Deshaun Watson and running back Wayne Gallman, with high-ceiling wide receiver Mike Williams as the lone newcomer, returning after a season-ending injury in the 2015 opener.
The offensive line has three returners, but the defense will have to rebuild with eight new starters, though the front includes a pair of blue-chip sophomores in Austin Bryant and Christian Wilkins and four-star freshman Clelin Ferrell.
