Easter brunch guide
Brunch is a big thing in Columbia but most restaurants don’t take reservations. Look for the sweet spot of opening times and about an hour before closing for your chance at getting a table without too much of a wait.
Some of the more popular (but definitely not all) Sunday brunch spots are:

Celebrate Easter Italian style.
Notable in the chains: Longhorn Steakhouse will be featuring a special Chef’s Showcase menu for Easter that includes Grilled Lamb Chops marinated in a mint infused bordelaise and served atop horseradish whipped mashed potatoes and wilted spinach.
