Every Wednesday in June, Adventure Carolina is hosting a Congaree River kayaking tour that begins and ends at River Rat Brewery. How does that work? Sign up at Adventure Carolina; then meet up 5:30 p.m. at River Rat, located at1231 Shop Road

Cooking Matters, a new cooking and nutrition education curriculum, will be hosting cooking and nutrition classes for adults in various locations in Columbia and is looking for volunteers to share their skills.
