The Blue Dogs are veterans of the Charleston music scene. The roots-rockers been playing their laid-back brand of Americana for more than 25 years. Singer and guitarist Bobby Houck and bassist Hank Futch formed the Blue Dogs in the late ’80s and are accompanied by a rotating backing band.

*Repeat Repeat is an east Nashville, Tenn., band that describes its sound as “whimsical surf-tinged pop,” reminiscent of lead guitarist and vocalist Jared Corder’s California roots.
Ropeswing Marathon is a five-piece funk rock band from Columbia, and Blank Year is an indie pop band, also from Columbia.
