Brad Paisley to perform free concert at University of South Carolina

Country singer and songwriter Brad Paisley will perform a free concert at the University of South Carolina in October as a part of his “Country Nation College Tour.”

The tour coincides with the radio launch of Paisley’s new song, “Country Nation.” The music video for Paisley’s song celebrates a blue-collar spirit and the country’s love for college football with the appearance of two dozen college football team mascots.

Cocky did not appear in the video.

The tour will travel to many schools in the Southeast, including USC on Oct 16. The concert will be held at the University of South Carolina Alumni Center, 900 Senate St., the day before the Gamecocks’ home game against Vanderbilt.
