Have a ticket to Janet Jackson’s postponed concert? It will be honored
With Janet Jackson’s Colonial Life Arena concert on hold, ticket holders can get a refund – or keep their tickets for a future event date not yet announced.
There have been several date changes in Jackson’s Unbreakable Tour, including for the Columbia concert. The latest announced date that has since been postponed is Aug. 9. Her tour is expected to resume in 2017, according to organizers.
The singer, who turns 50 in May, is expecting her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana.
Tickets purchased for any of the earlier announced Columbia concerts – March 6, Aug. 12 and Aug. 9 – will be honored, according to the Colonial Life Arena web site. Refunds also are available, but must be processed as they were originally purchased – box office, internet/phone, or retail outlet.
