Get ready to jam at SC State Museum
It’s great when a good night out gets even better.
Tuesday, the S.C. State Museum’s Second Shift Twosdays will feature a bluegrass jam session with members of the South Carolina Bluegrass and Traditional Music Association.
The public is invited to bring their acoustic instruments and jam out with group members. The session will be held from 6-8 p.m.
Tuesday’s bluegrass session is just one of several special events that are part of the weekly Second Shift Twosdays.
Guests can explore the evening sky in the observatory, catch “Rio: The 4D Experience” in the 4D theater, and have some “Laser Fun” in the planetarium.
General admission is two for $10 starting at 5 p.m. Second Shift Twosdays runs through 10 p.m.
The museum is at 301 Gervais St. in the Vista.
