Popular barbecue chain opening restaurant in Lexington
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit is coming to Lexington.
Dickey’s is known for Texas-style brisket and a variety of smoked meats.
The Dallas-based fast-casual chain plans to open inside of the Walmart store at 5556 Sunset Blvd. later this month, according to a company spokesperson.
There is one other Dickey’s restaurant in the Midlands, on Two Notch Road in Columbia. There are more than 500 Dickey’s restaurants in 45 states.
