This trendy breakfast and brunch spot just opened a new Midlands location. Here’s where
West Columbia’s newest spot for breakfast, brunch and lunch has opened its doors.
Another Broken Egg Cafe opened Monday at 101 State St. in West Columbia. The restaurant is part of the latest phase of the Brookland residential and retail development just west of the Gervais Street Bridge.
“We’re excited to bring Another Broken Egg Cafe to West Columbia residents and elevate their brunch experience,” Another Broken Egg President and CEO Paul Macaluso, CEO said in a statement. “The combination of our Southern-inspired flavors and exceptional customer experience hits home for our guests in South Carolina, so we’re expanding our reach in the state with another location.”
The West Columbia spot is the sixth Another Broken Egg Cafe location in South Carolina. Other Midlands locations include a restaurant on Devine Street in Columbia and one on North Lake Drive in Lexington.
Another Broken Egg’s menu features a host of breakfast and brunch favorites, including shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, huevos rancheros and more. Lunch offerings include burgers, BLTs, chicken sandwiches and a Southwest chopped salad, among other items.
Another Broken Egg, which is open seven days per week, also has an extensive menu of hand-crafted brunch cocktails.
