Lexington County Sheriff’s Department arrested two people in connection with a July 11 shooting incident in Swansea that ended with one man dead.

Robin Cunningham of West Columbia and Morgan Carr of Lexington were charged in connection with the death of Robert William All Jr., according the sheriff’s department.

Cunningham, 24, was arrested on July 17, and charged with armed robbery and criminal conspiracy. He’s being held in the Lexington County Detention Center following the denial of bond by a judge. Cunningham faces 35 years in prison if convicted of the felonies.

In South Carolina, criminal conspiracy is defined as two or more individuals collaborating on an objective that’s against the law.

On July 18, the sheriff’s department arrested Carr, 26, charging her with obstruction of justice, a misdemeanor that comes with up to six months in jail and a $200 fine. She was released after posting bail and now awaits trial.

All, of Gilbert, was shot on July 11. Lexington deputies responded to shots fired at the 100 block of Toole Smith Road in Swansea. At the scene, police found All with what was reported as at least one gunshot wound. He was transported for medical treatment.

On July 12, Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher said All sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He died shortly after his arrival at the hospital. Fisher pronounced All a victim of homicide.

The person authorities say shot All was on the run for two days before before he was arraigned. The Lexington sheriff’s department and South Carolina Law Enforcement division announced the capture of Charlie Don Robinson III, better known as Corey Robinson, on July 13, charging him with murder.

The connection between Robinson, Cunningham and Carr is not immediately evident from police reports.

Based on evidence collected at the scene, the sheriff’s department said Robinson shot All multiple times and drove away in All’s car. Cunningham may have been an accomplice in the crime. An obstruction of justice charge such as Carr faces typically comes when a person lies to authorities when questioned about an incident.
