SC deputies, US Marshals conduct early morning raid on Richland County home

Richland County deputies and U.S. Marshals surrounded a home on Lorick Circle, according to a sheriff’s department statement.

The sheriff’s department fugitive task force was working with the marshals to apprehend a fugitive they believed was in the home, according to the statement.

The officers got a search warrant and entered the home, according to the statement. Three individuals were inside — none of them were the fugitive in question — and one was arrested on unrelated charges.

The wanted fugitives are still at large.

Though it’s not immediately clear which fugitives the sheriff’s department are looking for, spokespeople did put out a notice about two men who are considered “armed and extremely dangerous” yesterday.

Amos Hosey and Harrell Williams are both wanted on charges of attempted armed robbery, attempted murder and weapons violations, according to the previous statement.
