Lucky gambler bets $1.76 on slot machine — then wins big jackpot in Las Vegas

One gambler strayed away from the Las Vegas Strip and got lucky at a downtown casino with a small bet.

Now, they are $20,753.28 richer.

The lucky player sat at an Everlasting Fortunes slot machine at the Fremont Hotel & Casino, the casino said in an Oct. 25 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The visitor bet $1.76, hit spin and watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a jackpot message appeared.

“After a $1.76 bet this guest is walking out a BIG winner! Congratulations!” the casino said.

The Fremont Hotel & Casino is in downtown Las Vegas, part of the Fremont Street Experience.
