The four-level home sits on more than an acre at 140 Flyway Drive.

A private boardwalk connects the house to the ocean.

Designed by Kiawah architect Mitch LaPlante, the house exterior has cedar siding, a steeply pitched copper roof and a courtyard in the front. It has seven bedrooms, eight full baths and two half.

The living areas are on the second floor have floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall transomed windows 21 feet tall overlooking the ocean.

The living room has heart-of-pine flooring inlaid with maple. The room is two stories tall with a barrel-vaulted ceiling overhead and a Juliet balcony. It has access to a balcony that leads down to the pool deck.
