A Midlands woman was killed Tuesday in a head-on crash involving an SUV and a dump truck, the Lexington County Coroner’s Office said.

The coroner said the dump truck driver was not hurt, and no other injuries were reported.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts, according to the release.
