Watch: Gamecock target Bryce Thompson’s senior highlights

Dutch Fork’s Bryce Thompson is one of the top high school football players in South Carolina and is being recruited by the Gamecocks.

Thompson recently posted his senior season highlights, which can be viewed below.

Thompson wrapped his senior season Saturday by helping Dutch Fork defeat Dorman, 28-27, in the Class 5A championship game. He finished with 168 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winning 25-yarder in the fourth quarter.

Thompson also had four tackles on defense.

For the season, two-way standout ran for 1,369 yards, caught 44 passes for 630 yards with 38 total touchdowns. He had 28 tackles, five for loss and an interception.

Thompson will play for the South Carolina squad in next week’s Shrine Bowl at Wofford College.
