Former South Carolina offensive lineman transferring to Texas A&M
One of the seven scholarship offensive linemen that transferred away from South Carolina has found a new home.
Per On3 Sports, former Gamecock OL Trovon Baugh has committed to Texas A&M.
In three seasons, Baugh appeared in 35 games for South Carolina and, in 2025 alone, started 11 games.
The 6-foot-3, 335-pound Baugh was an All-SEC Freshman honoree in 2023. Baugh played predominantly right guard for the Gamecocks in 2025.
A former three-star prospect from Atlanta, Baugh was a part of South Carolina’s 2023 recruiting class that also included three other O-line signees: Markee Anderson, Jatavius Shivers and Tree Babalade, who also entered the transfer portal this year.
