Freshman Brandon McIlwain and senior Perry Orth are listed as co-starters at quarterback on the South Carolina football preseason depth chart.

Another true freshman and early enrollee -- Bryan Edwards -- is listed as the starter at one of the three wide receiver spots. Early enrollee Keir Thomas is listed as the backup at defensive end behind Marquavius Lewis.

Hayden Hurst and K.C. Crosby are listed as co-starters at tight end.

Chris Lammons is listed as a starter at both safety and cornerback.
