Panthers TE Greg Olsen selling $1.7 million home

Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen has put his 6,500-square-foot house in Waxhaw up for sale.

He and his wife, Kara, bought the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in May 2012. The house, which is listed for $1.69 million, is located at The Club at Longview, a golf and country club community.

Olsen signed a 3-year, $22.5 million contract extension with the Panthers in March.
