Former Revenue Department chief Reames joins Nexsen Pruet
Former S.C. Department of Revenue chief Rick Reames is returning to work at Columbia law firm Nexsen Pruet. Reames will focus on tax law, business law, economic development and public policy issues. Reames headed the state’s tax agency from 2014 until he stepped down in January. He had previously worked at Nexsen Pruet from 2001-2014, focusing on tax and business law.
