Lexington’s Mr. D’s Steakhouse is sold
According to Southern Visions Real Estate, the Lexington building once home to Mr. D’s Steakhouse has sold.
The 7,500-square foot restaurant located at 938 N. Lake Drive was purchased by Krish Investment Holdings LLC, “for an undisclosed future use.” Southern Visions represented the seller, Royalty Properties LLC, in the transaction. According to tax records, the building sold for $927,000.
Mr. D’s Steakhouse opened in March 2016 and closed just nine months later. Lexington Mayor Steve MacDougall served as general manager for the restaurant, which was owned by Encore Boat Builders/Bentley Pontoons’ Steve Deese.
According to a source with the Town of Lexington, Krish Investment Holdings is owned by Lexington dentist Rick Singh.
