Vehicle fire on I-77 cleared
A vehicle that caught on fire is slowed down traffic on Interstate 77 Thursday morning has been cleared, according to officials.
The South Carolina Department of Transportation reported a vehicle caught on fire about a mile south of the Bluff Road exit near the Congaree River in the northbound lanes. The wreck was initially reported around 8:35 a.m. and was cleared by 9:11 a.m.
Traffic should be flowing normally now.
